You are purchasing VIP hospitality in the Riverside Enclosure by invoice. Please fill in the below form to submit your required order for Henley. Please note that packages are subject to availability and if we can accommodate your request, we will send over an e-sign booking contract and an invoice for the places that you require below. Any number of guests can be booked from x 2 upwards. Groups of 8 - 12 will be accommodated on private tables. Bookings of x 2 - 7 will be accommodated on shared tables.

PLEASE NOTE:

Once you have submmited your booking request for invoicing, this does not guarantee your order with us. Only on receipt of the signed e-sign booking form that we send over / receipt of the invoice from us is the booking confirmed and secured.

All tickets and documentation relating to the event are dispatched approximately 7-10 days prior to the Regatta by special delivery. We will also contact you for your table signage & any dietary requirements pre event so please confirm your contact details in the order process.

THE FULL PACKAGE INCLUDES:

  • Luxury lined marquee located racing side of the river offering spectacular views of Temple Island, the Oxfordshire countryside and the Regatta course

  • Stunning shared Riverside Restaurant with direct access to The Riverside Enclosure garden area with outside garden furniture and parasols
