In order to make sure that our guests have the most enjoyable day possible at Henley, we can assist you in the planning of your day and the logistics of getting you to and from our Riverside Enclosure. Car parking passes are included within the hospitality package on a ratio of 1 per 2 guests and the car park is located directly behind our Riverside Enclosure facility which makes things nice and easy if you are travelling by car or coach

However, if you’re arriving for your day at Henley by National Rail, please note that all trains will arrive at Henley-on-Thames station which is located in the town centre. If you choose to walk from Henley Station to the facility, please note that it is a 1½ mile walk along a towpath. If you’d like to avoid the walk whilst also enhancing the day for you and your guests then we want to take this opportunity to make you aware that you can pre-book a return river boat taxi journey with us which departs from a mooring point directly next to the train station.

This lovely boat journey takes you and your guests for a relaxed boat trip up the river, travelling parallel to the Regatta course and passing all of the quintessential sights along the Riverbank that the Regatta has to offer. Whilst onboard, you and your guests will be able to purchase drinks to enjoy as you take in the scenery, before arriving at the start line, just a short walk from the Riverside Enclosure facility.                             

With regards to timings, the river taxi departs from Henley-on-Thames town centre at 10.10am and arrives at the start line at 10.45am in good time for the opening of the Riverside Enclosure at 11am. For the return journey, the river taxi departs at 6.20pm with guests arriving back at Henley town centre at 6.55pm.

River taxi places must be pre-booked and we currently have a small amount of availability – places are on a first come first served basis . The price for the return river taxi transfer is £45.00 + VAT per person.
